The recruitment for Decathlon is known as Decathlon recruitment day. It usually starts at 6 in the morning and goes till mid day. Decathlon doesn’t have special Human Resource departments in stores. The hiring is done by the Sport leaders itself. They carry out a beep running test followed by a sports round. Some stores conduct a GD round, some don’t. Then there is Panel Interview of about 20 minutes.
